Approved participating providers of IHHAPP must consent to provide hearing aids for humanitarian purposes. Hearing aids are not intended to be sold for profit or to compete with existing hearing aid distribution networks. IHHAPP requires applicants to complete a detailed questionnaire and provide a signed letter of agreement with reference letters. Once approved, you will be notified and have access to the IHHAPP shopping cart to place orders.
Once an order is placed, you will receive an invoice. Price per unit reflects the manufacturer price plus a per aid $5.00 US sustainability fee. Please allow 6-8 weeks minimum for the processing of your order. Hearing aids are being shipped from overseas and time for customs clearance is needed.
For orders shipping to the US, once your order ships, IHHAPP will provide required customs documents. Orders shipping to the US will have a $3.00 per hearing aid fee.
For orders shipping to locations outside of the US, costs will be calculated separately. Please contact your in-country customs officials for the required documents. The shipping carrier is DHL, who will assess duty tax and provide direct billing to you.
Payments can be made via check, bank wire, or credit card. Please be advised that a 2.5% surcharge is assigned for all credit card transactions.
A minimum order of 10 hearing aids is required. For orders under 50 hearing aids, a $45.00 international bank wire fee will be added. For orders over 400 hearing aids, a $1.00 discount per hearing aid is offered. Each of these are reflected in the shipping and handling fee.
